As InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspectors (CPI®) and graduates of the Home Inspector Certificate Program at InterNACHI® School, below are our inspector certifications. We are graduates of InterNACHI® School. We are trained and qualified to inspect many types of systems and components of a home or building. To maintain our memberships and certifications, we diligently pass Inspector Exams every three years, adhere to comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice, follow a strict Code of Ethics, and complete 24 hours of accredited Continuing Education courses annually. We follow the Arizona Standards of Professional Practice for Home Inspectors and supplement that with InterNACHI's Inspection Standards of Practice.

We also commit to annual Continuing Education courses to stay abreast of industry advancements.
Before certification, we completed thorough inspection courses covering both interior and exterior aspects of homes, including foundational, heating, cooling, roofing, plumbing, and electrical systems. We proudly graduated from the InterNACHI® School, which is the the sole home inspector college offering the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Programs.

The Honor Guarantee covers up to $25,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the replacement cost of personal property lost during an inspection, but only if it was stolen by an InterNACHI®-certified member convicted of or pleading guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge related to taking the client's personal property. This coverage applies when the property is not recovered, restituted, or insured.
Any necessary action against InterNACHI® related to this Honor Guarantee will exclusively be addressed in the District Court of Boulder County, Colorado. Rest assured, the Honor Guarantee is valid and applicable throughout the United States and Canada, ensuring your trust and satisfaction during your home inspection experience.
